Countryside offers the Honeywell Vista, Silent Knight, Fire Lite and FCI series of telephone alarm systems. We encourage our customers to provide a separate phone line for their alarm system, other than their normal phone line. This is because, during an alarm, the alarm system will use the phone line to call the central station, notifying us that your residence is in trouble; therefore you will not be able to use the phone line if needed. Although the system only takes seconds to send a signal via phone, it’s still a concern if you need the phone line.

Countryside has a large stock of alarm products at our Central Station.
If you need a product, then we will be happy to provide it for you as quickly as possible.
When a device/sensor is tripped it will send a message to your control panel and will sound the horns. The panel relays the emergency signal to Countryside's 24hr monitoring station via your phone line. A dispatcher tthen calls the residence and the local fire/police department is notified, so that help is on the way whether you are home or away.
