Countryside Lock & Alarms has its very own central monitoring station. We are proud to announce that we do not subcontract or sell our monitored accounts to outside monitoring companies. You can rest assure that when you begin your service with Countryside, you will always have Countryside assisting your needs, not someone from an answering service or a private call station.
Countryside’s alarm monitoring service is very beneficial and strongly recommended as it allows your alarm system to be properly monitored by personnel who are very knowledgeable about the equipment, so your system can be properly maintained, updated and repaired as needed.
The monitoring service primarily watches your alarm system electronically for any alarms, faulty equipment notifications, power losses and trouble signals. When the user’s alarm system is triggered into alarm or trouble, your alarm panel simultaneously sends a signal to Countryside’s central monitoring station where our trained professionals are able to quickly respond and give you the help or assistance that you need. In the event of emergency, such as a fire alarm or a burglary alarm, if our office cannot contact the owners at the residence/business then we will dispatch the proper authority (fire/police/medical) to assure the occupants safety. Countryside Lock & Alarms is adamant that safety should always come first.

an alarm or even when you just have questions about your alarm system.

Your alarm system is pre-programmed to auto test itself each week. Our service technicians will also do a yearly test and service to all alarm systems that are covered by a service contract.
