This program is for properties that are either newly built or currently under construction. This package is for consumers who would like fire and security protection as well as low temperature monitoring. Included in this package is: a keypad, panel, wiring and installation.

This package covers commercial properties and as of October 2005 also covers commercial rental houses sleeping over 10 bedspaces. Included in this package is: small component coverage and batteries. Inspection is required yearly by State of Vermont.
