This program is designed with the contractor in mind. To be eligible you must be building a new structure where we will be able to pre-wire the system while the project is in process. The only other requirement is that you, the contractor, would need two contracts or two jobs per year with Countryside Lock & Alarms.

This service includes:

No charge for pre-wiring on basic alarm systems.
$95.00 per year reduced rate monitoring for contractor's warrantee period.
We will provide the system design, print and permit work required by the State of Vermont on commercial properties.
All designed installs guaranteed to pass state inspection or we pay all added costs.
